User Guide
TERMINAL INFORMATION AND LOG FILES
Navigate to
Setting > Terminal Info> Information
in order to check for the detail of the terminal.
You may need to supply this information when contacting your service provider.
Event Logs and Error Logs
Navigate to
Setting > Terminal Info> Logs
to view the Event Log or Error Log of the terminal.
Click
Export all Logs
in order to export the logs.
SELECT LANGUAGE
Navigate to
Setting > Terminal Info> Language
to select the desired language for the Web Console.
The default language is English.
English, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, French,
German and Arabic are available for your selection.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Navigate to
Settings > Support
to get the contact information of your service provider’s support team.
