Music on Hold
Music on hold (MOH) is the business practice of playing recorded music to fill the
silence that would be heard by telephone callers who have been placed on hold. To
use this feature, you should specify a SIP URI pointing to the Music on Hold Server
account. When a call is put on hold, the phone will invite this SIP URI to call the held
phone to play music on hold. The Music on Hold Server is an application acting as a
SIP client which automatically answers to SIP INVITE messages and immediately
plays audio from any source located anywhere (LAN, Internet).
