Chapter 5: Assembly/Disassembly

weatherford.com

MP-16 2-Piece 5000 psi January 2013

Place the pinion shaft into the pump before
installing the bearing carrier assemblies.
Make sure the pinion shaft is properly
supported before proceeding.

Slide the bearing carrier assemblies and
gaskets over the pinion shaft and into the
pump frame, exercising caution as they
meet the inner race.

Install the pinion oil seal and race onto the
pinion shaft.
