from it that block the wire liner. Remove the gas nozzle at the end of the torch
and the contact tip. Start the machine from the rear panel main switch. To feed
the wire into the torch, press the multi-function knob (5) in the direction of the
axle. This feeds the wire without voltage and without gas into the torch. See that
the torch does not have tight bends, do not point the welding gun towards you or
other persons. When the wire comes out of the torch end, stop feeding and insert
the contact tip and gas nozzle. Cut the wire so that it comes out of the burner end
about 10mm.
Once you have verified the proper installation of the shielding gas hose and
tested it for leaks, you can adjust the shielding gas flow to suit your needs. Press
the multifunction control (7) in the direction of the axis of the controller, so that
the shielding gas starts to flow. Adjust the flow from the pressure regulator.
Suitable flow depending on the work is 6-9 l / min.
Use the button (9) to select the MIG / MAG welding method (lowest): Select the
welding torch trigger mode with (10). You can choose:
2T welding begins and continues as long as the torch trigger is pressed.
4T welding begins when the torch trigger is pressed once and ends when the
trigger is pressed a second time
SPOT - When the trigger is pressed, the machine welds the set time (1-10 sec.)
With the multi-function controller (7).
The rotary knob (8) adjusts the induction in the MIG / MAG cycle, i.e., the
"roughness" of the weld. Higher the value, better the penetration with a lower
welding current value, and the greater the sensitivity for impurities and tendency
to spatter.
Synergy free (manually adjusted) MIG / MAG welding:
To weld, so that you can adjust the arc voltage and welding current (wire feed
speed) independently of each other, use the front panel button (13) to select the
MAN mode. Now you can adjust the welding current with the controller (5) and
the arc voltage with the controller (7) independently.
Synergic MIG / MAG welding:
To make it easier to adjust the welding parameters using the pre-programmed
synergic lines on the machine, use the front panel button (13) to select the SYN
mode.
Select the shielding gas to be used with the button (11):
CO2 - Carbon dioxide
MIX - carbon dioxide / argon blend
Ar - argon (for aluminum/Argon gas the only option is 1.0mm for wire diameter).
Use the button (12) to select the filler wire diameter.
With the multifunction controller (5) you can now select the desired welding
current value (shown on the display (4)), the arc voltage is automatically adjusted
according to the pre-programmed synergic line (shown on the display (6).
