GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

use the device, are fit for it.

cover all risks that may arise from the use of this equipment.
This manual must follow the device throughout its life.
IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUES
Welding environment
- Make sure there are no flammable materials in the welding
environment. Keep the fire load of the welding environment as low
as possible.
Always keep fire protection equipment required by law and
regulations available at the welding site.
- Provide adequate ventilation of the welding site. Inhalation of welding fumes
and gases is harmful to health. Do not use the device in wet conditions.
-Make sure your welding machine and other equipment are in perfect condition.
- Be aware of what is happening in the welding area, keep other unrelated
persons, especially children, away from the welding area.
Always use appropriate welding clothing and use approved
protective equipment to protect yourself from bright light, UV
radiation, heat radiation, hot rays, welding fumes and gases, and
other potential welding risk factors. Make sure that other persons in
the area affected by the welding also protect themselves.
- Make sure that the welding machine does not fall over or fall down.
-Attach the earth clamp carefully to a cleaned spot in the workpiece as close to
welding area as possible.
Welding machine condition
- Check condition of the welding machine, cables and conductors before each
welding. Replace cables or wires if necessary.
-Check and, if necessary, clean the connectors, earth clamp or electrode holder.
