12. Selection of welding wire diameter
13. Selecting Synergic Mode - Manual Mode
In a synergic mode, the arc voltage and wire feeding follow each other according
to the pre-programmed synergic line when the shielding gas used and the
welding wire thickness are defined.
1. MIG / MAG welding torch connector (Euro-connector)
The welding wire is fed to the welding along the welding torch. The shielding gas
is also supplied along the torch. The torch is connected to the EURO connector
on the front of the machine. Tighten the torch tensioner nut, but do not tighten
with unnecessary force. Keep the welding torch clean, do not use rusty wires as
they block the torch wire liner easily. The torch wire liner and other consumables
such as contact tips, gas nozzles etc. must be replaced from time to time.
2. Polarity change cable
3. Earth / welding power connectors
The earth cable is connected between the workpiece and the ground terminal of
the front panel of the machine to form a welding circuit. In MIG / MAG solid wire
welding with shielding gas, the earth cable is connected to the MINUS connector
