6.1.8 Simulator PC

Info

Work with two people

You might need two persons to disassemble the simulator PC: One person
to hold the operating table and one person to pull the simulator PC from the
operating table.

Dismounting the simulator PC:

1.

Make sure all cables are disconnected from the back and the front side of the
simulator PC.

2.

Pull down both safety pins to allow the simulator PC to slide out (

3.

Support the simulator PC from below while pulling it out of the operating table.

6.1.9 Operating Table

Dismounting the operating table:

1.

Disconnect the lifting column’s control cable from the DIN jack underneath the
operating table.

2.

At the front of the lifting column, under the operating table, there are two
screws connecting the table to the mounting plate of the lifting column (

4 on page 20). Using a 5 mm hexagon key, unscrew them completely.

3.

Loosen the remaining 2 screws at the back of the operating table’s mounting
plate, but do not remove them yet (

Fig. 3 on page 20).

4.

Slide the operating table a short distance towards the back of the simulator
until it becomes possible to lift it up.

5.

Remove the two remaining screws from the operating table.

6.1.10 Lifting Column and Support Feet

Dismounting the lifting column and the support feet:

1.

Using a 5 mm hexagon key, loosen the four screws holding the angled support
feet in the lifting column’s receptacles (

Fig. 2 on page 19).

2.

Pull the support feet out of the receptacles. Do not remove the four screws.
