3  Unpacking and Product Overview

3.1  Transport and Unpacking

Transport

The simulator is delivered in one shipping box, which contains the simulator parts in 
several smaller boxes. Always handle the shipping box with care. Place the shipping 
box on the floor or on a level, stable surface. Make sure that the box cannot fall.

 Caution 

Risk of injury

The shipping boxes are heavy. Trying to move or to lift the shipping boxes on 
your own could cause injury or damage to the simulator.

The shipping boxes should be carried by two people only.

Unpacking

If you identify any damage or missing parts, please contact VRmagic immediately. 
On receipt of the goods, check the following:

 

• Check the packaging for damage. Completely unpack the shipping boxes and 

their contents. Carefully lay all parts on a table or on the floor.

 

• Check all parts for damage.

 

• Verify that no parts are missing. Compare the parts with the list provided in the 

following section.

Info 

Keep original packaging 

After transport, do not throw away the original packaging (shipping boxes and 
packaging material). The original packaging is the safest way to store and trans-
port the simulator. After unpacking everything, place all packing materials back 
into their respective transport boxes for future use.
