Alarm shown on display
Below is a table of reported unit malfunctions, these codes are shown on the machine display or on the remote optional
display.
Maintenance and cleaning
To always ensure the proper and optimal operation of the unit, it is necessary to periodically perform all maintenance in-
terventions.
Cleaning/replacing filters (Fig.7-8)
To replace the filters or clean them , proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the unit from the power supply:
- Remove the cover panel from the front of the machine.
- Open the covers of the filters through the dedicated knobs;
- Remove the dirty filters;
- Carefully insert the new filters;
- Close the cover with the dedicated knobs;
If the condition of the filter allows it , you can proceed with cleaning them using a vacuum cleaner or a low-pressure com-
pressor.
Heat exchanger cleaning (Fig.9)
It is recommended to proceed with the verification of the state of the heat exchanger after each cleaning / filter exchange
and proceed to its cleaning if deemed appropriate. This operation must be performed only by qualified personnel.
To clean the heat exchanger proceed as follows:
- Remove power to the unit
- Disconnect the drainage pipe;
- Remove the cover panel from the front of the machine.
- Open the cover by releasing the fixing hooks and removing the screws;
- Extract the heat exchanger with the aid of the cable tie / green strap;
- Proceed to clean very gently using a vacuum or low pressure compressor (to prevent dirt from entering into the heat ex-
changer, wipe in the direction opposite to the air flow);
- Insert the heat exchanger back in place into the unit;
- Close the cover into position , blocking the retaining hooks and inserting the screws;
