IntelliSafe – driver support and
safety
IntelliSafe is Volvo Cars' philosophy regarding
vehicle safety. IntelliSafe consists of a num-
ber of systems

that are designed to help
make driving safer, prevent accidents and
protect passengers and other road users.
WARNING
The functions are supplementary aids –
they cannot manage all situations in all
conditions.
The driver is always responsible for ensur-
ing that the vehicle is driven in a safe man-
ner and in accordance with applicable traf-
fic rules and regulations.
