Troubleshooting Cont...
Is the treble turned too high?
(Turn down the treble level)
Is the cable not plugged in firmly to the
mic/instrument input (on the GIG-MASTER or
output (on the mic/instrument)?
(Make sure the cables are plugged in firmly)
Are the audio connections firmly attached?
(Check audio connections to external devices.)
Is the mic or instrument volume too high?
(Turn down the mic or instrument volume)
Is the 1/4” or XLR cable defective?
(Try using a different cable)

Is the output on the guitar loose? (You may
need to tighten the actual output on the
guitar.)
The MP3/Photo-CD either has files that are
not standard-formatted, or the disc was not
standard-copied.
Is the DVD player connected correctly?
(Check audio connections to external
device.)
Is the connected audio equipment turned
on? Is the volume set correctly?
(Note: There will be no audio playback
during slow playback, Frame Advance, fast
forward, or fast reverse.)
Problems Solutions
There is a loud “squealing” noise
coming from the speakers.
There is no sound or a loud “popping”
and “crackling” noise coming out of
the mic or guitar signal.
An MP3 or Photo-CD does not play in
the GIG-MASTER.
