RMW R e a d -Modify-Write. Signal generated internally in the VBT-325 when AS* is
not taken high between cycles, and AM-codes are not indicating Block cycle.
This means that the current cycle is the second (or subsequent) cycle in a
VMEbus Read-Modify-Write cycle sequence.
