APPLICATION

Attach the declination body assembly onto the polar axis body assembly so that the electrical con-
tact on the declination body fits snugly on the sunken portion on the manual slow motion control unit
as shown in the figure.

Replace the two socket head cap screws that were removed in step 3 above while holding the DEC
motor module. Install the batteries, if necessary. Tighten the screws with the 4mm Allen wrench.

Replace the declination body with attention to the direction of the hook on the cover.
