Function Description
To activate direct annotations:
Click (if using a mouse) or touch (if using a
touchscreen display) either one of the arrow
buttons on the side of the presentation.
A set of annotation tools will appear.
Direct Annotation Tools:
Pen: Red Highlighter
Control: Allows you to control the cursor
on the projecting devices
Session Info Management: Brings up the
participant list which allows users to
manage a session
Redo Undo
Clear All Eraser
Options: Opens a list of options which
allows you to send a screenshot of the
annotations to the presenters, send a
screenshot of the annotations to all
participants, or exit the annotation tool.
4 Collaboration Tools
NovoEnterprise is not only a wired/wireless presentation device, but also a collaboration system with
a set of built-in tools. You can access these tools by clicking the “Tools” button.
