The Network 1/2 panel enables details to be specified for the networks. The
settings will not be actioned until the Save button has been clicked:
Network 1/2 Settings
Mode – specifies the mode. Selecting Static permanently assigns and IP address
to your receiver and must be entered manually, and Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol (Dhcp) automatically assigns IP addresses and other communication
parameters to devices connected to the network eliminating the need for
individually configuring network devices manually.
IP Address – specifies the network IP address.
Subnet – specifies the network subnet mask.
Gateway – specifies the network gateway address.
DNS – specifies the Domain Name System (DNS) for the network.

Active Directory
The Settings>Network>ActiveDirectory panel configures appropriate user
access to the ActiveDirectory.
The ActiveDirectory is a secure location used for the management and storage
of data relating to users of the receiver.
