Troubleshooting Guide
Below are some general guides should a problem be detected. Please refer to the test procedures in this
manual to determine the defective component.

E-Series grill won’t light
when ignition switch is

Verify gas is on and available.
Verify control knob is off.
Verify spark when ignition switch is pressed.
Verify gas is flowing from valve

or orange with gas odor
