The Remote Control is not working.
•
Make sure the batteries are inserted properly
•
Select another input source using the TV’s Remote Control.
•
Make sure the Remote Control is pointed directly at the WMA100 and
is not blocked by objects in the room.
•
Remove the batteries and re-insert them, being careful not to touch any
button on the Remote Control.
•
Put new batteries into the Remote Control.
I can’t hear any sound when I am
playing music or watching a video.
•
Press the Mute button on the WMA100’s Remote Control.
•
Increase the volume with the [Up] arrow on all Remote Controls (TV’s,
WMA100’s, etc.).
•
Check all audio cable connections.
•
If the audio cables are connected to an external sound system, make
sure it is turned on and you have selected the right Input Source. Refer
to the user guide that came with your sound system for more
information.
