7 . Use compressed air to remove any loose
debris from the pressing cavities of the standard
Vic-Press jaws and Vic-Press rings .
8 . Lubricate any pivot points on the standard
Vic-Press jaws, Vic-Press adapter jaws, and Vic-
Press rings with a light machine oil .
9 . Coat the entire standard Vic-Press jaw, Vic-
Press adapter jaw, and Vic-Press rings with an
industrial grade lubricant/anti-corrosion spray .
10 . Charge the batteries by following the
“Battery and Battery Charger Information”
section .

Damaged batteries and/or battery
chargers should be replaced immediately.

Do not dispose of batteries with normal
domestic waste. Batteries must be
disposed of properly, in accordance with
local environmental requirements.
1 . Remove the battery from the battery charger
and disconnect the battery charger from the AC
power source before attempting to perform any
maintenance .
2 . Clean the battery and battery contacts with
a damp cloth . DO NOT submerge parts . Ensure
the contacts and vent areas of the battery
charger are free from debris .
