TOOL SETUP
1 . Insert the charged battery into the tool until it
locks into position with an audible click .
Reset Button
2 . Installation of the standard Vic-Press jaw or
Vic-Press adapter jaw is possible only when
the drive rollers are retracted sufficiently . If
necessary, press the reset button until the drive
rollers are retracted .
CAUTION
•
Use caution when releasing the locking
pin. The locking pin is under spring-
loaded pressure.
Failure to follow this instruction could result
in personal injury.

3 . Release the locking pin by pushing in and
turning counterclockwise . Use caution when

4 . Select the proper size standard Vic-Press jaw
or Vic-Press adapter jaw for the pipe/fitting size
being installed .
NOTE:
The size is stamped on
the standard Vic-Press jaw/Vic-Press ring .
