1.2. Principles of Operation
The AVX-10K consists of the VIAVI OneExpert base platform and the AVX Application Module. The
VIAVI OneExpert base platform supports system functionality such as network connectivity, system
updates and power management. The AVX Application Module manages the device’s RF test and
measurement functions.
Testing with the AVX-10K can be performed in one of three methods:
•
Direct with Coupler
•
Over-the-air using an antenna that can be mounted on the AVX-10K chassis
•
Directly connected to the UUT.
