Setting Agent, Vaporizer, and Oxygen Controls
1. Touch the Agent Type box (see Figure 4-6). The border of the box flashes red when active.
2. Select the agent type (ISO, SEVO, or NONE) using the ST buttons.
3. Touch the Agent Concentration Percent box. The border of the box flashes red when active.
4. Use the
ST
buttons to set the desired percentage.
5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for the other anesthetic agent.
6. Touch the green button (
z
) at the bottom of the Oxygen Flow Indicator . The border of the
indicator flashes red when active.
7. Select the desired O
2
flow rate using the
ST
buttons.
Note: The case clock begins as soon as O
2
flow begins.
