Spare parts are available directly from the VEGA Parts and Repairs Department
for U.S. and Canadian installations. Countries outside the U.S. and Canada may
purchase parts through their local VEGA representative.
7.5 Equipment Repair
To request source holder repair within the United States and Canada, contact an
VEGA Americas Field Service Engineer.
Repair Information
When calling VEGA Americas for repair, have the following information available:
• Product model that is being repaired.
• Description of the problem.
• VEGA Americas Customer Order (C.O.) Number.
• Purchase Order Number for the repair service.
• Shipping address.
• Billing address.
• Date needed.
• Method of shipment.
