Keys, doors, windows, sun roof

Electric windows

The electric windows can be used

with ignition on,

within 10 minutes of switching ignition

off,

within 10 minutes of opening or closing

the driver’s door,

within 10 minutes of inserting or

removing the ignition key.

Readiness for operation stops when the

vehicle is locked.

Operation via 2 rocker buttons in the

driver’s door. Additional rocker buttons in

the front passenger door and the rear

doors

To operate window in stages, tap switch.

For automatic opening or closing, keep

switch pressed for slightly longer; to stop

window movement, tap switch again.

Vehicles with rear

electric windows have

a slide switch between the buttons in the

driver’s door

up: the front windows can be operated

using the buttons,

down: the rear windows can be operated

using the buttons.

Warning

Take care when operating the electronic

windows. Risk of injury, especially for

children. Vehicle occupants should be

informed accordingly.
If there are children on the rear seat,

switch on the child safety system

for

the electric windows.
Keep a close watch on the windows when

closing them. Ensure that nothing

becomes trapped in them as they move.
