7. Installing Software

Green21 (Model: PCT-90LH) Installation Manual

LISH

Disabling the packing mode

Green21 has a packing mode built into the system to prevent

the unit from being damaged while shipping and transporting.

Thus, it is in the packing mode by factory default. Disabling

the packing mode is required at this step for successful

installation.

Unless the packing mode is disabled, no operation will

happen even after the equipment is turned on.

1. Click on the

General

tab in the control panel.

2. In the

Networking option

, select the

Serial

checkbox and set

Serial port

and

Baud Rate

as follows and then click on

Manager

If an error has occurred during connection, make sure the

COM port setting is correct as follows:
1) Run Device Manager.
2) Check the COM port assigned to CONTACT-US Virtual

Serial Port under Ports (COM & LPT).

3) If necessary, change the COM port in the

Networking

option

and click on

Save

3. Enter the command

PVER]

to verify the current mode. Note that the equipment is

now in the packing mode.
