13 Depress the air pedal. (2nd)
A pressure lever descends and fastens a pouch with sponge rubbers.
Attention
When the lever is being lowered, removing foot from the
footswitch will raise the lever from its lowered position.
14 Depress the air pedal. (3rd)
Vacuuming starts and the vacuum lamp turns ON.

The vacuum level is determined
visually by the use air pedal for
control.
Depress the air pedal (4th) when
desired vacuum level is achieved.
When the air pedal is depressed for the forth time, the following
procedures (from 1 to 12) are performed automatically.
1 Vacuuming finishes and the vacuum lamp turns OFF.
2 The first gas-flushing starts and the gas lamp turns ON.
3 When the set-up time set with the

first gas-flushing timer is
passed, gas-flushing finishes. The gas lamp turns OFF.
4 Circulating gas-flushing starts and the gas and vacuum lamps turn
ON.
5 When the set-up time set with the

circulating

is passed, gas-flushing finishes. The vacuum and gas lamps turn
OFF.
6 The second gas-flushing starts and the gas lamp turns ON.
7 When the set-up time set with the

second gas-flushing timer is
passed, gas-flushing finishes. The gas lamp turns OFF.

The nozzles return to the back position.
9 The pressure lever closes and sealing starts.
The heating lamp turns ON.
10 After heating is finished, the heating lamp is turned OFF and the
cooling lamp turns ON.
11 Cooling finishes and the cooling lamp turns OFF.
12 Sealing process is complete, and the pressure lever opens.
The vacuum nozzle moves forward automatically when the auto
return is activated.
18 Sealing is complete.

unplug the machine from the outlet.
