Move the cursor to the first digit of gas timer
“G xx.x sec,” where you can set the gas-
flushing time from the first up to the last (n
times) but one gas flushing cycle.
Adjust the gas-flushing time by pressing:
a) the [ ] key to increase the value.
b) the [ ] key to decrease the value.

Next, set the number of vacuuming and gas-
flushing cycles.
Move the cursor to the place indicated in the
below illustration using the [ ] key.
Adjust the number by pressing:
a) the [ ] key to increase the value.
b) the [ ] key to decrease the value.
[Setting range: 2 ~ 99 times]
The value will increase or decrease in 1 time
increment by pressing the key once. If you
hold the key in, the numeric value will increase
or decrease continuously.
[Setting range: 0.1 ~ 99.9 seconds]
The value will increase or decrease in 0.1
seconds increment by pressing the key once. If
you hold the key in, the numeric value will
increase or decrease continuously.

Move the cursor to the first digit of the last (=n
times) vacuum timer “xxVT xx.x sec” using
the [ ] key.
Adjust the gas-flushing time by pressing:
a) the [ ] key to increase the value.
b) the [ ] key to decrease the value.
[Setting range: 0.1 ~ 99.9 seconds]
The value will increase or decrease in 0.1
seconds increment by pressing the key once. If
you hold the key in, the numeric value will
increase or decrease continuously.

times) gas timer “G xx.x sec” using the [ ]
key.
Adjust the gas-flushing time by pressing:
a) the [ ] key to increase the value.
b) the [ ] key to decrease the value.
[Setting range: 0.0 ~ 99.9 seconds]
The value will increase or decrease in 0.1
seconds increment by pressing the key once. If
you hold the key in, the numeric value will
increase or decrease continuously.
