1 Turn ON the circuit breaker.

2 Turn ON the power switch.

3 The operation No. [01] will be displayed on 

the screen.

The operation No. [01] SEAL ONLY will be shown 
on the screen.

The seal parameters set at the time of factory shipment:
HT (Heating Temperature) : 140ºC/ 280ºF,  CT (Cooling Temperature) :  100ºC/200ºF
VT (Vacuuming Time) : 1.0 second, GT (Gas flushing time) : 2.0seconds,  Nozzle stroke = N1

4 Select the operation number [03].

Press   /   keys to select the pre-installed 
operation number [03].

5 Set seal parameters

For how to change sealing parameters and nozzle 
stroke, see ³+RZWRVHWWKHFRQWUROXQLW´ĺ
page 39).

6 Depress an air pedal (1st)

The nozzles move forward.

8 Depress the air pedal (2nd)

Pressure lever descends and the silicone sponges 
clamp the bag. Please keep on depressing the foot 
switch until the lever closes.

9 Depress the air pedal (3rd)

When an air pedal is depressed for the third time, 
the following operating procedures will be 
performed automatically.

・

 Vacuuming starts and the vacuum lamp turns 

ON.

・

 Once the time specified in vacuum time elapses, 

vacuuming finishes and vacuum lamp turns OFF.

7 Place a bag to the sealing area

Set a pouch to the sealing area while confirming 
the seal position. Insert the nozzles inside the bag.

・

 Gas-flushing starts and the gas-flushing lamp 

turns ON.

control unit setting after factory 
shipment, some of the following content

 Attention

  When the pressure lever is being 

lowered, removing foot from the air
