Turn on water pump switch on

minicor-3™

, establish and adjust flow

rate of water to cutting drum and pilot bit assembly.

Open the Water Petcock (1/8 turn)

→

Turn the cutter ON. In the event an emergency or hydraulic failure
push the Estop in and all flow will be diverted back to the skid-steer.

You may have to adjust the flow control. The Brass knob located on
the FV-Block. Loosen off Jam Knob and turn Outer knob clockwise to
speed up the drum and counter clockwise to slow down.

Approximate Drum Speeds

12” Core Drum – 210 to 230 RPM
18” Core Drum – 190 to 210 RPM
24” Core Drum – 140 to 170 RPM
