If the charge roller shaft corrodes in the high temperature
and high humidity environment, the unevenness appears
on the surface level of the charge roller becomes uneven.
In this case, the charge might be unevenly impressed on
the drum and the abnormal image (Images with white or
black spots) might appear. Thus, the below are changed.
