Assembly
•
Assembly must be effected by reverse order.
•
Before assembly, you have to clean all parts of the cutting mechanism!
•
Before assembly, you have to check the disc springs if they are free of damage and rust.
•
Correct adjustment see the cutting system plane and the assembly sketch in the appendix of
the operating manual or rather photo before demounting!
Before starting the machine again, ensure that exit screen and hopper are attached!
Danger of cutting and crushing!
You have to wear always work gloves when you change the cutting discs!
10. Loosen and remove ring

incl. bolts and disc springs from the thread M150x2.
11. Remove sealing washer

12. Remove bulkhead wall (s. prior page) and the 2 pcs. side parts (s. prior page).
13. Change cutting mechanism.
The marking M1 on the sealing washer has to align with the marking M2 on the ring. The slot has
to be align for the lock washer at the coil together with the slot on the spindle at thread M150x2.
The cutting system hast to be checked to fixed hub monthly. It is necessary to check with a soft-
head hammer, if cutting discs are flexible in axial or radial direction. If this test is positive, it is
necessary to check, if the slot nuts are unfixed. Grooves, abrasion or the like are after-effects of a
loose cutting unit.
