10. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is a prerequisite for correct and problem-free machine function. Damaged
parts must be replaced immediately to avoid damage caused by their continued use.
10.1 Safety
guidelines
•
Before starting any maintenance work always turn off the main switch and padlock it to prevent
the possibility starting up again!
•
Only use original spare parts manufactured by Untha (see appendix)! Otherwise the guarantee
expires!
•
Only use authorised oils, cooling fluids, greases and coolants!
•
Dispose of old grease in line with environmental disposal guidelines!
•
Cleaning, greasing and maintenance work may only be carried out by authorised expert staff in
line with the regulations concerning installation and maintenance work and accident prevention
regulations!
•
Maintenance of electrical equipment may be executed by qualified and authorised electro
personnel only!
