A) Standard operating position
The shredder is set up in the standard version operating position. The minimum distance to the
top of the hopper/loading space is 1600 mm.
B) Operating position with steps
The minimum distance from the highest point of the steps to the hopper/loading space is 1600
mm. A suitable auxiliary hopper must be ordered from the manufacturer.
C) Operating in a trench or pit
The minimum distance to the hopper/loading space is 1600 mm. A suitable auxiliary hopper
must be ordered from the manufacturer.
D) Operating in a basement – charging/loading from the floor above
A suitable auxiliary hopper must be ordered from the manufacturer, which rises to at least 1100
mm above the top surface of the ceiling and closed off with a cover or grill to lock away the
emergency shut down mechanism. A protection by a guard rail according to sketch D is also
permissible!
Attention!
•
In the operating positions A, C and D, it is not allowed to use steps!
•
Observe always the minimum fill in height!
The machine may only be operated with a hopper, underframe and a safety guard underneath the
machine! The machine and the equipment must be bolted together fix.
