Cancelling a job
To cancel a running job simply press the exit button twice, this will return the cutting head to the home
position and remove the job from the spooler.
When this procedure has been undertaken and a new job or current job is sent to the cutter, the alignment of
the OPOS sensor will need to be done to register the design.
OPOS Automatic Rise and Fall
The OPOS registration system is designed to rise and lower automatically during the registration and cutting
processes, this helps the user to keep the sensor clean to allow perfect registration and cutting throughout
production.
The user will still need to check that the sensor is in its lower position to aid this operation.
This setting can be toggled on or off in case the user needs to maximise production speeds, as this function
adds around 1 second to every re-registering process.
To turn on or off, select the key and locate the OPOS Up and Down setting by pressing , select the
required setting by pressing the key.
Some early model machines may not have this function enabled, please contact your local
dealer for details.
