Free Programmable Keys

3.9.20

Feature Toggle

This feature may be used for different purposes, e.g. hunt groups or whispering. If the user is
a member of a hunt group and wants another member of the hunt group to pick up an incoming
call, he can signal "Busy status" using the Feature toggle function.

Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.

Free Programmable Keys (FPKs) can be configured via the WBM or on the local phone. For
details regarding the different ways to configure program keys, please refer to How to Config-
ure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs).

The

Feature code

to be entered is definded in OpenScape Voice / SIP Server. For Hunt Group,

e.g. the code Busy status is used.

Mobility / Mobile User Logon

The mobility feature enables users to transfer their personal settings, such as their key layout,
or personal phonebook, from one phone to another. The data is stored and managed by the
DLS (Deployment Service).

Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.

Free Programmable Keys (FPKs) can be configured via the WBM or on the local phone. For
details regarding the different ways to configure program keys, please refer to How to Config-
ure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs).
