2-3. Configuration
This system is composed of DC power supplies and a controller.
This system's configuration is shown in "Figure 2-1 60 kW power supply system" and "Figure 2-2 120 kW
power supply system" and "Figure 2-3 240 kW power supply system".
The basic configuration requires the items below.
DC power supply (DPG-30R)
1 to 8 units (30 kW to 240 kW system)
DC power supply controller
DPG-MC60R, 1 to 2 power supplies;DPG-MC120R, 1 to 4
power supplies; DPG-MC240R, 1 to 8 power supplies
Input cable (sold separately)
1 cable for each power supply
Output cable (sold separately)
1 cable for each power supply
Controller AC input cable (sold separately) 1 cable for each controller
Control cable (sold separately)
1 cable for each power supply
The DPG-30R input cable, output cable, and control cable are sold separately. Cables are provided by
ULVAC. Inform us separately of the necessary cable lengths. At 5m units than 5m, output cable length is
available to 10m standard. I correspond with standard 4m With regard to the input cable.
When using the abnormal discharge prevention unit, changes for DC power supply setting. Please inform
us separately regarding whether or not you are using the abnormal discharge prevention unit.
Please inform us when using other cable lengths. The input and output cable lengths are affected by
withstand current and cable capacitance, so use the cables specified by ULVAC and uses them within 10
m. If the length of the output cable is long, there is a risk of trouble occurring in the arc energy.
