QUICK START INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
1. Water Bottle
Wash your hands and wipe down the neck
and shoulders of the new bottle with a clean,
damp cloth.
Read your bottle cap’s label to determine
whether to remove the cap or the label before
loading bottle. Remove label or cap, as
indicated on bottle cap.
a.
If you removed the label,
vertically insert the bottle
into the top opening of the
dispenser, allowing the probe
to puncture the cap.
b.
If you removed the cap,
you must also remove the
spill proof insert in the top of
your dispenser. Using both
hands, gently twist the insert
toward UNLOCK to disen-
gage and remove the spill
proof insert.
Vertically insert
the bottle into the top opening
of the dispenser.
Note: Fill with bottled water only. Filling with
liquid(s) other than bottled water may cause
significant problems in the dispenser and will
void the limited warranty.
2.
Heating & Chilling
To prepare your hot water function, depress
the hot water faucet* until a steady stream of
water comes from the faucet. (This purges air
from inside the hot water tank.)
Be sure to complete this step before
connecting the dispenser to an electrical
outlet. Supplying power to the hot water tank
before fully purging air may cause damage.
3. Turn heating system on with the switch
located on the back of the dispenser.
4. Carefully connect the power cord into
a grounded 110V electrical outlet.
For first time use, please allow a minimum of
15 minutes for water heating and 30 minutes
for water cooling.

Only this cap can
be punctured by
the spill proof
probe.
