ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
BlueTriton Brands, Inc.
warrants that this
dispenser will be free of defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for one
(1) year from the date of retail purchase by
the original purchaser (the “Warranty Period”).
Consumer must return the dispenser to the store
from which consumer purchased the dispenser
in its original carton (or suitable replacement)
during the Warranty Period together with proof
of the purchase date in the form of the sales
receipt showing purchase of the dispenser
within the Warranty Period when making a
claim under this limited warranty. This limited
warranty does not cover the freight costs to
and from the approved service center.
This limited warranty does not cover ordinary
wear and tear and/or any damage caused by
(a) use of the dispenser for other than bottled
water (b) use of the dispenser in a manner
that is not normal or customary or that is
inconsistent with the instructions in this Use
and Care Guide; (c) improper operation or
misuse; (d) accident, neglect, alteration,
repair, corrosion, liming conditions or abuse;
and/or (e) physical damage to the surface of
the dispenser, including scratches, cracks or
other damage to externally exposed parts.
BlueTriton Brands, Inc.
’s responsibility
for
defects in material and workmanship
hereunder
is limited to repair or replacement
service as
determined in its sole discretion.
Except where prohibited or restricted by law,
(1) there are no warranties, express or implied,
other than as specifically set forth herein,
including, without limitation, any implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose, and (2) this limited
warranty does not cover incidental or
consequential damages.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights
and you may also have other rights, which may
vary from state to state.
