8.4.2.1. Using Tool for Digital Input

The following figure shows the connection with the simple buttons.

1. In the current-voltage mode, the analog input does not provide overvoltage 
protection. Exceeding the limits in the electrical code may result in perma-
nent damage to the input.

2.In current mode, the pull-down resistor size depends on the range of the 
input current.
