Chapter 4: Dashboard
The Dashboard displays a read-only summary of the
current link status information; local and remote device
signal strength, capacity, and speed information; current
values of the basic configuration settings, device settings
and information, and Ethernet network status.
Link Status
The Link Status section of the Dashboard displays status
information for the link as well as statistics for the Local
and Remote ends of the link.
Link Name Displays the name assigned to the link.
(Link Distance) Displays the distance between the
remote and local airFiber X radios.
Local
Device Name Displays the customizable name or
identifier of the device. The Device Name (or host name) is
displayed in registration screens and discovery tools.
MAC Address Displays the local radio’s Management
Ethernet MAC address.
Receive Capacity Displays the local device’s potential RX
throughput (how much the airFiber X radio can receive,
after accounting for the modulation and error rates).
TX Power (EIRP) Displays the current average transmit
output power (in dBm) of the local AF‑11FX radio.
Conducted Displays the conducted transmit power out
of the radio before any antenna gain.
Antenna Gain Displays the local antenna’s gain in dBi.
RX Frequency Displays the frequency that the local
AF‑11FX radio is using to receive data.
RX Channel Width Displays the width of the channel that
the local AF‑11FX radio is using to receive data.
TX Frequency Displays the frequency that the local
AF‑11FX radio is using to transmit data.
TX Channel Width Displays the width of the channel that
the local AF‑11FX radio is using to transmit data.
Remote
Receive Capacity Displays the remote device’s potential
RX throughput (how much the airFiber X radio can receive,
after accounting for the modulation and error rates) in
Mbps.
TX Power (EIRP) Displays the current average transmit
output power (in dBm) of the remote AF‑11FX radio.
Remote IP Displays the Management Ethernet IP address
of the remote AF‑11FX radio.
MAC Address Displays the Management Ethernet MAC
address of the remote AF‑11FX radio.
