Editing Origin Property from Command Line
Learn how to set the
Origin
for a Custom Resolution via the command line, to provide a
string identifying the origin of the Custom Resolution.
Command
Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin
Description
Set the user-readable
Origin
property to something meaningful for you, within the limitations
of the permissible characters. For example, if you create a Custom Resolution from the CVT
list, it may be useful to have "CVT" in this field; for a CEA Standard Profile it may be useful
to have "CEA".
Example
Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin = Example
Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin = Example
!Done Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin = Example
Default
The default Origin is an empty, zero-length string:
Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin
Resources.Resolutions.Resolution1000.Origin =

Notes
The Origin attribute has the following limitations:
x
must be no more than 19 characters
x
only valid printable ASCII characters may be used
x
must have no spaces (underscore is valid)
This property is not available in the CORIOdiscover Resolution Editor.
