L'ouverture ou la mauvaise fermeture de l'accès rotor ou du capot moteur est signalé
par l'allumage d'une Led rouge et l'affichage d'un message. La sécurité arrête le
moteur thermique et/ou l'empêche de démarrer (le démarreur est désactivé). Pour
supprimer ce message il faut vérifier la bonne fermeture des organes contrôlés et ap-
puyer sur la touche

Description and operation
NO STRESS SYSTEM
The LYNX is fitted with a proximity sensor M30, which captures the speed of the rotor for preventing
clogging of the machine. If the rotor speed drops under the nominal value set ex works (rotor = 2200
rev/min; engine = 2950 rev/min), the hydraulic oil supply is interrupted and the feed roller is switched off.
The machine is no longer supplied with material, the engine can accelerate again to working speed
(3800 rev/min), and the feed roller /conveyor belt are switched on again.
The distance between sensor and
metal pin must amount to 8 mm.
The solenoid valve of the No Stress system is controlled by a
relay in the distribution box below the left rotor bearing.
The electric circuit is protected with a 3 amps fuse.
