Auto-Negotiation will negotiate the highest possible speed, which is also supported by the connected
remote site. If auto-negotiation is deactivated, the settings for speed and duplex in both network
participants must be the same to allow communication.

Change Password

The password change takes place at
Maintaining > User Management
.
The password change takes place at. The normal user can use their password to set a new password.
They can only change their own passwords.
The admin user can change any password.
6.5.
Configuration Files
The whole system settings can be managed via configuration files.
In the user interface, this can be carried out at
Maintaining > Settings
. The following functions are
supported:
► download of the configuration
► upload of the configuration data
► saving of the current configuration on the device's internal memory
► loading a configuration from the internal memory
To apply a configuration, you have to select the configuration and afterwards apply by clicking the
"apply configfile" on the device.
