14 Complete the following two steps:
1 Mount the Light System on the MPS 350. Use the Drawing 7481 located in the
Appendix for identification and placement of parts.

2 Mount the Junction box on the Lower Bumper Cross Member of the Bumper
Assembly.
The following chart references the wiring color code and function for the
connector wiring.

15 Complete the following nine steps:
1 Assemble two Plastic Sideboards to make a Plastic Sideboard Assembly.
Assembly Hardware 3217B - 3/8”x 1” Hex Bolts, 3257B - 3/8” Whiz Nuts and
3051B - 3/8” Flat Washers is in the Shipped-Loose package.
2 Install the upper and lower Sideboard Hangers to the frame. Use the Drawing
7487 located in the Appendix to reference the correct positioning of the Hangers.
3 Hang the Plastic Nose Piece on the Impact Fence first.

Insert the hardware 3217B - 3/8”x 1” Hex Bolts, 3257B - 3/8” Whiz Nuts and
3051B - 3/8” Flat Washers in the top holes. Do not tighten them yet.
5 Slip the Plastic Sideboards inside the outer edges of the Plastic Nose Piece. The
Plastic Sideboard and Plastic Nose Piece bolt together in two places as shown in
Drawing 7487 in the Appendix.
6 Insert the hardware 3217B - 3/8”x 1” Hex Bolts, 3257B - 3/8” Whiz Nuts and
3051B - 3/8” Flat Washers in the bottom holes of the Plastic Nose Piece.

Match drill the Plastic Sideboards using the Hangers as a guide. Hardware
3217B - 3/8”x 1” Hex Bolts, 3257B - 3/8” Whiz Nuts and 3051B - 3/8” Flat
Washers to mount the Plastic Sideboards is in the Ship-Loose package.
