4) Drill and Set Anchors
Use the holes in the Base Track as a template to locate and drill boreholes, 7/8” [22 mm]
diameter x 6” [150 mm] deep into the concrete pad or roadway surface (Figure 17). All
boreholes in Base Plate must be used to anchor the REACT 350
®
II system to the foundation.
Use an approved adhesive kit with instructions to secure the 3/4” diameter x 7 1/2” long studs
(p. 8).
After adhesive has cured, use 3/4” flat washers and nuts provided with kit to anchor Base
Track to foundation
.
Warning:
Every anchor hole in the Base Plate must be used to secure the REACT
350
®
II to the foundation.
