1.

 

Copy the FVProg.ROM to a Micro SD card (consult factory for the 
correct firmware version).  

2.

 

Locate the main power switch and set the switch in the off position. 

3.

 

Remove the motor pan hood screw to gain access to the Smart  
Power supply circuit board. 

4.

 

Insert the SD card into the SD card reader slot as shown at right. 

5.

 

Switch the main power switch to the ON position. Be sure to keep hands away from electrical 
components which may cause a shock hazard. 

6.

 

There is a LED at D13 that will flash at a slow rate of 0.5 seconds per flash while the system is 
searching for the SD card and reprogramming the processor.  

7.

 

Once the program is loaded, the LED should light solid. The down relay will also turn on to initialize 
the system. The D13 will flash once per second; this requires a speed calibration before returning to 
service.

Copy the THORCONS.ROM to a Micro SD card (consult factory for  
the correct firmware version).  

2.

 

Locate the main power switch and set the switch in the off position. 

3.

 

Remove the upper plastic console screws (10X) to gain access to  
the LCD Screen circuit board. 

4.

 

Insert the Micro SD card into the SD card reader slot as shown at right. 

5.

 

Switch the main power switch to the ON position. Be sure to keep hands away from electrical 
components which may cause a shock hazard. 

6.

 

There is a LED at LED1 that will flash at a slow rate of 0.5 seconds per flash while the system is 
searching for the SD card and reprogramming the processor. During the download process the LCD 
screen will remain black until the new firmware has been fully loaded. 

7.

 

Once the program is loaded, the LED should rapidly flash. The blue screen will display the Welcome 
Screen.
