[4.4] The history of pattern communication with the Jacquard
The data shown at left is based on the situation where a pattern from a current position to the next 12 picks is
received and the data for the first 12 lines that were displayed upon opening the window is going to be used for a
pattern to be woven.
The leftmost number indicates the offset in relation to the current position.
The history of up to 250 picks can be displayed.
[Pick]
Displays pattern step values received from the Jacquard
[Color]
Displays color numbers. The mark # indicates no-load weaving.
[Density]
When 9 (70.0) is displayed, it indicates that the density value is set to 70.0 for index (9).
When a density ratio or take-up stop is set, calculated values are displayed.
For the absolute input, only density values are displayed.
[Pile]
Displays ground weaving / pile type (Ground, Border, 3-7_Pile)
[Pos]
Displays pile positions (L1, L2 .. F1).
[PileLength]
Displays pile lengths.
In the case of A
+
(1):12.8(4.26), a pile length 12.8 mm is displayed in Wave signal (1).
In addition, a pile let-off amount 4.26 mm is displayed.
The mark A
+
is not displayed for the signals other than Wave signals.
[Tens(P/G)]
Desired tension (P/G)
In the case of 1:50/300, pile tension signal 1 is received.
The target value of 50 kg is assigned to 1 for the upper beam.
The target value of 300 kg is for the lower beam.
[Real(P/G)]
Real Tension (P/G)
Because these tension values are used for weaving the picks displayed, 0/0 is displayed
for preloaded picks.
[Rpm}
Displays target machine speeds. (Hig, Mid, Low)
[Take]
When the take-up stop signal is input, STOP is displayed.
[Sheet]
When the sheet counter signal is input, ON is displayed.
[Message]
If an error occurs for a pattern received, the following will be displayed.
Check the Jacquard pattern.
