Note1: The time above-mentioned is for reference only which calculated the Oscillation frequency of IHOSC1 on

the standard (10MHz<Typ.>). And indicate the case of the initial value of each register after reset. A data

transfer time is excluded.

Note2: Since programming is performed per 4-WORD at one time, it is required four times (above-mentioned).
Note3: It is a case where there is no block of a protection state. The erasing time of a User information area of code

flash, data flash, protection bits, and a security bit are included.

Note4: The size of Area 1 is 256KB.
