Introduction
How to Use
TCP:
This protocol guarantees the complete delivery of streaming data and thus
provides better video quality. The downside with this protocol is that its real-time
eff ect is not as good as that of the UDP protocol.
HTTP:
This protocol allows the same quality as TCP protocol and you do not need
to open specifi c port for streaming under some network environments. Users inside
a fi rewall can utilize this protocol to allow streaming data to come through.
MP4 Saving Options
Users can record the live video as they are watching it by clicking
Start MP4
Recording on the main page. Here, you can specify the storage destination and fi le
name.
Folder:
Specify a storage destination for the recorded video fi les.
File Name Prefi x:
Enter the text that will be put in front of the video fi le name.
Add date and time suffi
x to the fi le name:
Select this option to add date and time
to the fi le name suffi
x.
