Error State Diagnosed cause
F20 Door responds only to
dead man's control
for closing Testing of photoelectric sensor
has failed. Check photoelectric
sensor.
F21 Brief operational in-
terruption Door movement exceeded time
value detected (90 sec). Check
door for ease of motion or block-
age. Check end positions.
F22 Hydraulic motor
switches off Runtime limitation of motor pump,
faulty operation or defective but-
ton.
F23 No response Electronic door lock EDL100 is
not responding. Check wiring.
Locking bolt is jammed, check
locking bolt for ease of motion.
Do not apply oil or grease to door
locking.
F24 No response to start
command No connection to the DES. Check
motor connection cable and DES.
F25 No response Internal test or membrane keypad
erroneous. Exchange membrane
keypad or control.
F26 No response Internal test external button /
switch failed.
F27 Drive blocked Check door mechanics / check
phases, motor connection cable.
F28 No response to start
command Voltage supply error. Check
mains connection. Check peri-
pherals for short circuit.
F29 Motor rotates in incor-
rect direction. Mains phases have been inver-
ted. Correct or re-adjust.
F30 Door only runs in
dead man mode for
closing Return from pulsed operation to
dead man mode. Check closing
edge safety device and photo-
electric sensor.
F31 Door neither opens
nor closes Button actuated. Continuous
pulse pending. Check external
control devices (J1).
F32 Door neither opens
nor closes Spring fracture detection has
tripped. Check springs, replace, if
necessary. When the springs
have been replaced, the
door end position must be re-ad-
justed.
F33 Door stops during the
opening process Opening force limitation has
tripped. Door can only be closed
in dead man mode. Eliminate
sluggishness or blockage of the
door. Check springs. Eliminate
the cause of the excessive force,
then open and close the door.
F34 Door neither opens
nor closes Duty cycle exceeded. Wait and let
motor cool down.
F35 Door neither opens
nor closes Speed monitor has tripped.
Check DU setting.
F40 Extended control
does not respond 24 V failed. Check connections
on extended control.
F41 Extended control
does not respond Error occurred during self-testing.
Replace extended control.
F43 Extended control
does not respond No connection.
F45 RadioBand, wireless
closing edge Module is not available, attach.
F46 RadioBand, wireless
closing edge Replace battery.

F71 Erroneous wicket
door contact. Door
neither opens nor
closes Check contact resistances. Check
assembly of wicket door, open
and close wicket door, check as-
sembly.
F72 Door neither opens
nor closes Short circuit detected in the safety
circuit wicket door contact / slack
rope switch J4.1/2. Check cables
for short circuit, eliminate short
circuit.
F73 Door neither opens
nor closes. Testing of
input J4.1/2 failed Switch control on and off. If ne-
cessary, replace control.
F74 Door neither opens
nor closes. Testing of
input J4.3/4 failed Switch control on and off. If ne-
cessary, replace control.
F75 Door neither opens
nor closes. Output
voltage J4 erroneous Switch control on and off. Check
closing edge safety device, door
connection box for short circuit.
Check terminal assignment.
F76 Door neither opens
nor closes. Invalid
sensors J4.1/2 detec-
ted Check resistors. Check sensors.
F77 Door neither opens
nor closes. Invalid
sensors J4.3/4 detec-
ted Check resistors. Check sensors.
F78 Drive blocks in end
position CLOSE Check spring tension, check door
mechanics, check CLOSE end
position.
L The access to the
menu was inhibited
by the authorized
specialist dealer. Contact specialist dealer. Menu
can only be unlocked by means
of the service tool.
