4.4.4. Viewing Device Properties
Device properties are automatically updated at a preset time interval, which can be set to between 1 minute
and 1,440 minutes (24 hours). To set the timer interval, select "Scan"
"Auto-Scan Rate."
Such information as device name, IP address, software version and hardware version are displayed in the
device’s properties.
1. Click the "List" button in the toolbar to display the list.
2. Move the mouse pointer to the device desired for property viewing, and right-click to display the menu.
3. Select "Properties" from the menu. The "Device Properties" window is then displayed.
Note: Device properties are automatically updated, however the property display maynot be updated. In such
cases, verify properties after first restarting JetManager.
4.4.5. Changing Device Names
Video networking device names can be changed.
1. Click the "List" button in the toolbar to display the list.
2. Move the mouse pointer to the device which is to have its title changed, and right-click to display the menu.
3. Select "Properties" from the menu.
The "Device Properties" window is displayed.
4. Enter the new title in the "Name" field. (Up to 19 alphanumeric characters.)
5. Click the "OK" button to close the window.
The new title is transmitted to the device, and the updated title is displayed in the list.
